Biographical Info

Adrijana Milosavljevic is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), holds the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), is an ESIA-credentialed EMCC Accredited Supervisor, as well as an EMCC Senior Practitioner.  She offers a safe, calm space for coaches to explore and grow—not only their coaching skills, but their professional presence and self-awareness.

With over 10 years of international corporate experience in HR, Learning & Development, and Communications, Adrijana offers a grounded understanding of how coaches and professionals grow in complex systems.  She is trained in systemic, solution-focused, constructivist approaches and describes herself as a reflective practitioner—continuously learning, evolving, and integrating creativity and elements from nature into her work.

As a mentor coach, Adrijana invites her coach clients to explore the value and meaning of the credential they are working toward as a means of embodying the art of inquiry for themselves. What does it represent for them? How do they believe it will shape who they are as a coach?  While she does not claim the process is always smooth—it can sometimes feel like ticking boxes—the inquiries always uncover something deeper and sometimes surprising and valuable insights.  At the same time, Adrijana sees these moments as opportunities for growth and alignment, supporting coaches to meet formal expectations with authenticity and integrity.

Adrijana works with coaches through various stages of their professional development—those preparing for credentialing, refining their practice, or seeking space to reflect and grow. She also facilitates group mentoring, supervision, and reflective spaces for coaches, leaders, and learning professionals from diverse contexts.  Her approach to mentoring provides enough structure to offer guidance and hold the space for deep learning, while remaining adaptable to each coach’s learning rhythm and needs.  She supports her clients with her commitments to honesty, compassion, and a willingness to be with uncertainty.

Adrijana is a certified ICF Assessor for Level 1 and Level 2 Coach Training Programs; contributes as an ICF Subject Matter Expert (SME) on such topics as credentialing, ethics, and reflective development; and volunteers with the ICF Foundation’s Ignite initiatives.  She is also a member of the EMCC Center for Excellence for Continuous Personal and Professional Development and participates in facilitating EMCC 5-Day Challenge events.

She recently developed Fusion Reflections, a nature-inspired coaching program with a reflective coaching card tool that uses natural metaphors and experiential practices to support meaningful insights.
