Biographical Info

As an ICF Mentor Coach, I am passionate about supporting coaches as they grow into their own unique style and voice. I believe that every coach carries a distinctive presence, and my calling is to nurture the curiosity and courage that allows that uniqueness to shine.

I serve as Assistant Director of Training at the iACTcenter, training and mentoring coaches from around the world, as well as offering private mentor coaching. I bring both breadth of experience and depth of personal connection to each mentoring relationship, blending my work as a trainer, coach, and mentor.

I see mentor coaching not only as a credentialing requirement, but as a transformative process. It’s a journey where coaches strengthen their skills, expand into new possibilities, and build greater trust in themselves. My philosophy is simple:  when coaches are empowered to fully embrace their own style and presence, they create the greatest impact for their clients and the world around them.

My approach is a balance of structure and intuition, feedback and reflection, challenge and compassion. I hold space for deep exploration while offering practical, competency-based guidance. Coaches who work with me often discover new awareness in their coaching styles and capabilities, so they can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I mentor new coaches pursuing their ACC, renewal of ACC, and experienced coaches who are preparing for their PCC credentials. I also work with coaches wanting to grow beyond the minimum requirements and refine their coaching presence. Through my role at the International ADHD Coach Training Center, I regularly support group mentoring, guiding new coaches in training through the skills and self-discovery needed to thrive in the profession.

I completed my Certified Mentor Coach (CMC) training with inviteCHANGE and my Advanced Certified Mentor Coach (ACMC) training with Fran Fisher, MCC, whose wisdom and vision for coaching deeply shaped my own journey.

Beyond the mentor role, I bring my whole self to this work, including my faith, my love for family, and my conviction that coaching is more than a profession—it’s a way of being that changes lives, including our own. Those who work with me quickly notice my ability to weave warmth, encouragement, and vision into the mentoring process.
