Jenny Nip, an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and ACMC Mentor Coach, has over eight years of experience helping coaches grow and succeed. Her mission is to help coaches align with their purpose and to make a lasting impact in the lives of her clients.  She’s especially passionate about mentoring because she believes coaching can change lives and strengthen the profession. Jenny guides coaches—whether they’re aiming for ACC, PCC, or MCC credentials—in sharpening their skills and building thriving practices.

Jenny’s mentoring approach is collaborative, supportive, and personalized, based on ICF Core Competencies. She creates a safe space for coaches to improve their listening, questioning, and coaching presence. Using practical tools, reflection, and tailored feedback, she helps coaches overcome challenges, prepare for ICF assessments, and grow with confidence. Jenny works with coaches in both individual and small group sessions, tailoring her support to the levels of coaching competencies for the current credential held, as well as preparing skills required for the next level, always guided by each coach’s individual goals.

Beyond mentoring, Jenny is an experienced leadership and executive coach, working with global clients in finance, banking, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, entertainment, and IT industries.
