Biographical Info

Joanna Harding-Duggan is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), specializing in Wellness Coaching for individuals with ADHD, Executive Dysfunction, and/or Concussion.  For over 20 years, Joanna worked in the field of traumatic brain injury and brings training in psychology, neuroscience, coaching, and behaviour change to her practice.

Joanna Harding-Duggan COACHING offers 1:1 coaching for professionals and students as well as groups and workshops.  She also offers Mentor Coaching to coaches pursuing the ACC or PCC ICF accreditation.  Joanna believes strongly in upholding the quality of the coaching profession and brings with her an encouraging and compassionate approach to those seeking to ICF credentialling.

As a mentor coach Joanna works 1:1 with clients to explore the ICF Competencies and associated behavioural markers.  Coaches are encouraged to record and share coaching sessions for review.  All recorded sessions will be given both written and verbal feedback and provide the coach an opportunity to better understand areas of strength and need for development in their practice.

Aside from having earned the PCC designation with the International Coaching Federation Joanna has recently completed post-graduate training in Wellness Coaching and earned the NBC-HWC designation (National Board for Health and Wellness Coaches).  In the last several years Joanna has completed training and earned certifications in Positive Psychology, Applied Neuroscience, Group Coaching and Culinary Coaching.
