Biographical Info

Natalie Fayman, DVM, PCC, has been a practicing veterinarian since 1991, a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) since 2021, and is an ICF-registered mentor coach.  Her coaching clientele are primarily veterinary professionals seeking a deeper connection to their passion and purpose and those wanting support in finding ways to increase stress-resilience. Natalie offers the only RACE-approved mental fitness program* for veterinary professionals approved by The American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB).

Natalie is also a dedicated ACC and PCC mentor coach who partners with her mentees to elevate their coaching mastery and gain a deeper understanding of the ICF Core Competencies to more confidently achieve their ICF credentials. She’s passionate about empowering other coaches on their ICF-credentialing journey and creates a safe, structured, and energizing environment that helps mentees refine their practice, bridge performance gaps, and demonstrate elevated skills at their target level.  By focusing on one-one mentor-coaching, Natalie can more effectively provide individualized attention in a collaborative way.

Mentor coaching is a developmental partnership. Natalie believes that credentialing is not merely a milestone—it’s a process of discovering one’s authentic voice, strengthening self-trust, and embodying the mindset of a masterful coach. Her coaching approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and focused on cultivating awareness that translates into observable progress in coaching behaviors.

Natalie’s mentoring approach integrates evidence-based frameworks with an intuitive, human-centered style, drawing from an in-depth collaborative assessment of her mentees’ areas of greatest opportunity. Sessions balance growth-minded challenge with practical application, facilitating immediate progress and long-term mastery.  She tailors mentor coaching to the mentee’s current level and desired credential. Sessions focus on:

  • Clarifying target outcomes and mapping to ICF Core Competencies
  • Live or recorded session reviews with precise, competency-aligned feedback
  • Up-leveling presence, partnership, and evoking awareness
  • Coaching structure: establishing the agreement, outcome clarity, and forwarding the actions
  • Building self-assessment practices and a sustainable path to performance readiness

When not coaching or performing surgeries at the veterinary hospital, Natalie can often be found kayaking or training at her Ju Jutsu dojo, where she has attained a 5th degree black belt.

If you’re a coach who desires to achieve your ICF credential with confidence—or a veterinary professional who longs for a more fulfilling and sustainable experience in your career—Natalie would be honored to support you. Reach out, claim your free discovery call, and begin your journey to greater confidence and mastery.
