Biographical Info

Stephanie Lam, MCC, is passionate about helping coaches grow with confidence, depth, and authenticity. As a mentor coach and supervisor, she partners with coaches to uncover their unique voice, refine their presence, and embody mastery aligned with both the ICF and EMCC standards. She believes that true coaching excellence begins with self-awareness—when coaches connect with their wholeness, they naturally bring light, courage, and clarity into every conversation.

Stephanie is the first Chinese in the world to achieve both the Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Team Coaching Accreditation (ACTP) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as the Master Practitioner (MP) and Global Supervision Individual Accreditation (ESIA) from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).   She is also multilingual and fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

She is a qualified Coaching Supervisor, an ICF-designated Mentor Coach for PCC Assessors, and has served as both an ICF and EMCC Assessor across all credentialing levels since 2019.  With over 6,000 hours of coaching and facilitation experience, Stephanie has partnered with clients from 44 nationalities across a wide range of industries. Her multicultural background and extensive corporate leadership experience enable her to connect quickly and meaningfully with coaches and leaders of diverse styles and needs.

Stephanie believes that coaching mastery begins with self-awareness and inner alignment. Stephanie’s mentor coaching approach is grounded in the ICF Core Competencies and built on partnership, reflection, and real-time learning and supporting coaches at all levels, from ACC to PCC to MCC. She helps coaches strengthen their presence, sharpen their listening, and elevate their questioning to bring out the client’s wisdom. Each session offers a safe space for exploration and experimentation, where coaches can stretch their skills, deepen their confidence, and grow in authenticity.

Stephanie has provided leadership, executive, and mentor coaching to a globally diverse range of clients across industries such as Chemical, Finance, FMCG, Government, Health Care, Luxury Retail, Oil & Energy, Professional Services, Telecom, Technology, and Higher Education.  Her clients include emerging leaders to senior executives and C-suite professionals, including Hollywood artists, private bankers, hedge fund managers, lawyers, architects, radiologists, and physicians.

Stephanie delivers one-on-one executive, team, and mentor coaching for industry leaders and professional coaches. Her work focuses on leadership identity, cross-cultural communication, career transitions, and coaching excellence. She is also a qualified coaching supervisor, supporting coaches to expand awareness and sustain professional growth with creativity.  Prior to becoming a certified coach, Stephanie built a successful career as a Human Resources professional with several Fortune 500 and multinational organizations, including Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Takeda Pharmaceutical, Richemont (Cartier), Li & Fung Trading, and Sumitomo Group.

As an HR Business Partner and Specialist in Talent Management and Performance Development, she supported country, regional, and global initiatives to enhance leadership capability, employee engagement, and organizational growth. This extensive corporate background gives her firsthand insight into organizational dynamics, leadership challenges, and human potential within complex and fast-paced multicultural environments.

Stephanie focuses on leadership development, coaching mastery, and personal transformation.
