Biographical Info

Vahbiz Shroff, PhD, MCC, is an executive leadership and team coach, ICF mentor coach, educator, and facilitator dedicated to helping leaders and coaches create sustainable transformation.  With over two decades of leadership experience spanning science, business, executive coaching, and leadership development, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and deep human understanding to her work.  As the Founder and President of Living Your Best Coaching, LLC, Vahbiz partners with executives, emerging leaders, and professional coaches to help them lead with authenticity, confidence, and purpose.  She created the  “Team Culture Elevation System™  which employs focused coaching and practical leadership tools to help organizational leaders communicate clearly, build psychological safety, and lay the foundation for a resilient, thriving team culture.

Vahbiz’s professional journey began in academia and biomedical research, where she coached medical students, scientists, and emerging leaders before transitioning into her executive coaching practice.  This strong scientific and leadership foundation allows her to combine analytical rigor with a human-centered coaching approach, helping clients navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.

As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a trained ICF Assessor, and Advanced Certified Mentor Coach (ACMC), Vahbiz is deeply committed to advancing the coaching profession through mentor coaching and coach education.  Her mentor coaching philosophy is grounded in authentic presence and reflective learning.  She supports coaches in developing mastery of ICF Core Competencies and ethical standards while building the self-awareness required to fully embody the coaching mindset.

Her experience as a trained ICF Assessor brings depth, precision, and practical insight to the feedback process in her mentor coaching role. Vahbiz creates a safe, growth-focused environment where coaches can challenge limiting patterns, expand self-awareness, and apply their learning to their coaching relationships. She integrates cutting-edge technology, practical feedback, and evidence-based adult learning methodologies to create engaging, enjoyable, and collaborative experiences.

In addition to mentor coaching, Vahbiz serves as Coach Training Faculty and Assessor (ACC, PCC, MCC) at multiple coach education institutions. She has served on the Board of Directors for the ICF Raleigh Area Chapter and actively contributes to the advancement of coaching excellence within the global coaching community.

Vahbiz is an avid practitioner of yoga and martial arts which keeps her grounded. She loves making connections, trying new experiences, and spending time with her loved ones.
