Biographical Info

Zsofia Juhasz, MCC, is passionate seeing others grow, specializing in helping leaders/coaches unlock authentic potential — and turning that potential into lasting, measurable impact — one conversation at a time.  She partners with her coaching clients using a collaborative, personalized approach, which empowers them to recognize their strengths, navigate challenges with clarity, and achieve meaningful growth and desired outcomes.

Zsofia is a credentialed Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a registered Mentor Coach and Coach Supervisor dedicated to supporting aspiring and experienced coaches toward excellence in their ACC, PCC, and MCC journeys of growth and development.  Zsofia supports coaches in sharpening their skills, overcoming challenges, and reaching their professional goals.  Drawing on her varied experience in leadership roles, she brings a well-rounded perspective to help coaches grow and succeed.  She offers a safe and confidential space for self-reflection, development, and alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.

Zsofia’s mentor coaching approach is tailored to the unique needs of each coach.  She helps them deepen self-awareness, strengthen their coaching skills, and build a sustainable, fulfilling coaching practice that aligns with their values and anchored in the understanding and knowledge of the ICF Core competencies and ICF Code of Ethics.

She has provided leadership and executive coaching to a globally diverse client base of over 2,000 leaders in over 30 industries from technology and banking to pharmaceuticals and government.  With more than 20 years and 8,500 hours of experience as a leadership and executive coach, Zsofia expertise enables her to partner with senior leaders who want to focus on elevating their leadership, building trust, clarity, and the kind of presence that people naturally want to follow while strengthening leadership influence to inspire and engage their teams more effectively.

Zsofia’s coaching has been deeply informed by 13 years of corporate work experience, mainly in HR leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company and AstraZeneca, as well as having served as President of International Coaching Federation (ICF)-Queensland/Australia for 3 years and leading a team of 10+ dedicated leaders.  Her area of expertise is executive and leadership coaching, and she considers a notable achievement as co-creating and running the Becoming a Masterful Coach, an ICF Level 3 coaching education program since 2023.

Zsofia’s coaching style is collaborative, client-centered, and focused on empowering others through insightful questioning and reflection rather than providing direct answers or advice. Her approach creates a psychologically safe and trusted space for clients to explore, grow, and define their own solutions and leadership identity. She leverages her deep experience and best-practice coaching methodologies with drawing on evidence-based frameworks and the ICF Core competencies.

Some personal background about Zsofia:  She is a mom with three teenagers and currently lives in Australia.  She coaches in both Hungarian and English languages.  As a child, Zsofia lived in a communist country, and her family moved every couple of years, including living in Libya for 2.5 years.  This experience enabled her to learn about other cultures and to have an affinity for people adapting to change in their lives.

From Zsofia:  Let’s connect!  If you want to improve as a coach or strengthen your team’s awareness and effectiveness, feel free to reach out.  Let’s embark on a journey of growth, learning, and excellence in coaching.
