The Advanced Anchors Mastery Program (AAMP) is a self-paced audio coaching experience designed exclusively for anyone advancing toward their Master Certified Coaches (MCC) credentials, as well as current MCCs who are committed to elevating their craft to a higher expression.  AAMP clarifies the distinctions between ICF PCC and MCC coaching proficiencies and core competencies, focusing on the MCC Behavioral Statements (“Anchors”) and how they are evaluated by ICF assessors using the ICF Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale (BARS).
