Heru has more than two decades of corporate experience as an executive in both strategic and people areas, with more than 10 years practicing as an Executive & Leadership Coach and Mentor for thousands of hours with hundreds of clients.
Heru is the founder of COaching MEntoring Institute and has mentored 60 ACC and 18 PCC candidates for their ICF credentials. Heru earned hia “Triple-Masters,” which are the highest level certifications from three prominent global bodies in Coaching/Mentoring:
- Master Certified Coach (MCC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF) – USA
- Master Practitioner (MP) from European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC) – Europe
- MC (Master Coach) from Association for Coaching (AC) – Europe
To me, it’s not so much about accumulating accolades,but more about learning to conquer and enrich myself to serve humanity better, as the quote “Human life is far more important than just getting to the top of a mountain.” And, I see myself more like a Sherpa who is passionate to support others to become better version of themselves and, hopefully, to reach their own personal “Everest.”
