Nikki Brown - ACMC Directory

Biographical Info

Nikki Brown is a coach educator, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and an Advanced Certified Mentor Coach (ACMC).  She specializes in teaching and mentoring coaching students, as well as helping ACC- and PCC-level coaches increase their confidence and earn their ICF credentials.

Nikki has owned her own coaching business since 2010.  She is also the program administrator and an instructor for the ICF Level 1 accredited Laser-Focused Coaching Program.  Nikki provides individual and group mentoring to support coaches wanting to improve their skills, increase their confidence, and/or want to earn or renew an ICF ACC or PCC credential.

One of Nikki’s strengths is being able to see things differently.  She attributes her lack of eyesight to a greater ability to listen deeply.  She loves helping other coaches learn to use their ears and intuition to full advantage in their coaching sessions.  Nikki also facilitates a fun and supportive community for coaches at all levels called Coaches in Cahoots.
