Sophie has more than 5000 hours of combined coaching/mentoring/supervision/training experience.
She trains, mentors, and supervises coaches for a variety of leading organizations. She also has an active coaching practice where she works with private individuals and mid-to-top executives coming from diverse industries in the public and private sectors across North and South America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
As a multilingual professional (English, French, and Spanish) with a Master’s degree in Coaching and NLP, as well as various other certifications in supervision and mentoring, she brings a wealth of knowledge and international experience to her mentoring. Sophie is an ICF Credentialing Assessor for ACC, PCC, and MCC levels. She offers group as well as individual mentoring sessions for coach candidates seeking to advance to their next level of ICF accreditation.
Sophie loves to use arts in her work and is strongly aligned with Rumi’s words as she embarks on a mentoring journey with a coach: “Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there.”
