Biographical Info

Lisa coaches high-potential leaders to higher positions and accelerates their careers, ultimately increasing the bottom-line performance of the organization. She works successfully with teams and all levels of employees, from diverse cultures, and varied business sectors.

Accelerated leadership development is a particular talent of Lisa’s.  She has designed and tailored Succession Management programs for several global organizations and is successful at building and sustaining development cultures.  She works closely with leadership teams guiding them to coach staff in their development and thereby infusing the organization with sustained behavior changes.

Lisa has a Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Group Processes. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), an Advanced Certified Mentor Coach, and a Coach Supervisor. Lisa has extensive professional certifications in competency training, 360 instruments, behavioral interviewing, coaching, leadership effectiveness, and personality assessments. On her free time, you will find Lisa traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time in nature with her husband and daughter.
